Question about parking for Napa rose

I read somewhere that Napa Rose offers validation for free valet parking. Is this correct? If so, would I be able to spend sometime after dinner kicking around the park or are they pretty strict about the amount of time used for validation?

Some friends met us at Napa Rose this past weekend. They were validated for 5 free hours at the valet at the GCH.
