My DH & I are staying at the BCVs later this month. Our niece is staying at Coronado Springs. I know that there is restrictions on parking but will she be able to pick us up & drop us off in her car while we're there?
They can be strict about letting non-guests in without a dining reservation, especially during Epcot special events. You might have to walk out to the guardhouse if you're being picked up.
She can definitely do drop-offs, you'll be in the car and will have your MagicBands, after all. She can also do pick ups, but will need to show ID. Uber and Lyft operate just fine at BCV.
She can probably even park at BCV if she gives your name and room number and says she's visiting you.
If it's just the two of you at BCV, consider adding at least one of them to your reservation. (Use an initial or different spelling to avoid interfering with their CS reservation). Then they can get a BCV key card to open the BC parking gate as they will be registered guests of BCV.
Takes a little bit of trust, but they are your niece & nephew.
Thanks for the ideas. I was considering adding 1 to our res. We have a 1 bedroom & even offered them the livingroom murphy bed but they booked into the Grand Destino tower.

Don't want anyone to get upset so want you to know I decided against adding them to our reservation. I'll ask ask at the front desk when we check in how to handle pick ups.

How many people are in your niece's party? If it's 3 or less I'd add them to your 1 bedroom reservation anyway so they have easier access to the parking area, access to Extended Evening Hours, and Storm-a-long Bay privileges.
It really is no trouble, the front desk will just give you card keys for each additional guest.
As long as they have ID, your name and room number, there will be no problems getting in to visit or pick up. My sister visits us at BCV all the time during F&W. She tells the guard she is picking us up. Yes, the guard will check to see if you are registered in that room #, then lift the gate for them to drive in. The only problem my sister ever had was finding a parking space close to the walkway.
