question about park hours(historical)

I know that WDW does not come out with hours 'till maybe 2 months ahead of time(right,wrong?),,BUT just trying to get a GENERAL idea of openings/closings.We will prolly be there in an off season(maybe/)...do all parks genrally open around 9am? and closings...need for all four,,,just a generak idea if you have been there for a few times and have seen a pattern,,thanks!!!
