Question about park hours and ressies

Don't know if this is the right board, so if not I apologize. My question is does anyone know if the Oct park hours will be out by April 18th? That's our 180 day mark and I want to make early morning reservations at Chef Mickeys and also Crystal Palace. My main concern is with Crystal Palace because if I don't know the park hours I won't know which day to make the reservation for. We're not getting park hoppers so I'm really not sure what to do. Any ideas? Thanks!

180 days from April 18th will be October 20th if I did the math right! So the hours should be out
