Question about park closing times.

Universal Studios is schedule to close at 7pm on the day we visit. I'm hoping to squeeze in a dinner at the Leaky Cauldron before park closing and would like to know what is the latest time I can order food. Will they still serve me if I order at 7pm? Or do I need to be out of the restaurant by 7pm?

Also, what time to do the stores close? Does Universal keep the stores open for 30-60 minutes past the official closing time?

Restaurants will stop serving around 30 minutes before park closing.

I’ve seen the stores in Hogsmeade and DA open after closing but not sure about an hour after park closing. We usually wander out fairly quickly and yes, there’s folks in the stores, but I imagine an hour might be too long.
