Question about online checkin

I'm trying to do online check-in using the DVC Membe site, and when I click on the "add room request" button, I get a popup window that says "Add up to 2 room requests. Though we try to honor all requests, we cannot guarantee them, unless otherwise indicated below." but does not allow me to type anything. I can click "Save" or "Cancel" but cannot type. Anyone have a suggestion? I've tried using both Firefox and IE.

That feature does not work. If you have not made requests through DVC Member Services, you should call it and make them. Any requests you did make when reserving are already noted and you don't have to verify they still exist after doing on-line check-in.

Well that makes absolutely NO sense! Why put the feature on the website if it's not going to work! But THANK YOU for letting me know! I'll give them a call in the morning.
