Hi Everyone, had a question about tickets maybe someone can help me. Well my hubby and me are going to DL on the 25th for just one day. We wanted to skip DCA and just spend the whole day in DL only. I went online to buy the one day tickets but they are not available for purchase!!, only the one-day PARK HOPPERs are!! I guess they do that so you can be inconvenience and just go ahead and buy the park hoppers!:confused3
Well anyway, it says I can buy the tickets at the main entrance ticket booth or call a number they have listed.
Ok so my question is this, What time do the booths open for ticket purchase??, I really wanted to get in the line for the park early with my ticket ready and now I feel if I have to wait in line to buy tickets first it will really slow us down. Also has anyone bought tickets through the number, should I? Will that save us time? Any advice? Thanks :) :)

We are doing the same thing. 1 day at just Disneyland. I think I am going to get them the night before. Will you be in town the night before?

We can get them at the DL Hotel or at the gates or maybe there is someplace in Down Town Disney? (anyone know about DTD for sure?)

Even if it's late, I think the DL Hotel will be able to sell them to me. Or, I guess the Grand Calif. hotel as well..

October 25th or November 25th?

Check with AAA for one day / one park passes.
Also, Military persons can purchase them, too.
Web surf, and you might find another source.
I'd go if I had a couple hours. It is beautiful this time of year!

Unless things have changed, the ticket booths open up pretty early. We had to buy our tickets at the booth last time we went. We go there early, got our tickets, and waited at the gate for quite some time.

Call the number, see what the procedure is!

If you don't want to, get to DL early early. Assuming the security/bag check people are there, go through that, then one of you can go choose a spot in line at the gates, and the other can go wait at the ticket booths.

I will tell you, it takes AGES for each person to do their transaction at those ticket booths, and I don't know why. I think people don't know what they want until they get there, and they end up having long conversations. Also CMs seem to enjoy going on break JUST as it's your turn. :headache:

Since the ticket booth lines take ages, you really want to be among the first in line.

So split up, with one of you holding your gate space, and the other buying the tix!

To answer one question we are going to be there this Saturday OCT. 25th!
Thank you to all the great advice, somethings I didn't even think about like going the night before! DUH! I was thinking about maybe checking out DTD the night before so If I do I should just by them then! But if for some reason I don't splitting up for the ticket booth line and entrance line was great advice too!! Thanks everyone! :thumbsup2 now I'm not so worried.
