When we initially made our ressie, we were at SSR, but waitlisted at BWV. About a month ago, our waitlist came through! 
We leave this Saturday, so I just logged-in to see what the whole online check-in was all about. When I click on the link to check-in...here is the message I get...
The information provided does not match our records. Please try again or call (407) W-DISNEY or (407) 934-7639. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to dial this number
Is it because we not at this resort originally?
Also, what does online check-in exactly mean? When we get there on Saturday, we still need to check-in at the front desk...so what does doing this online mean?
