question about on-line booking

I will be attempting to book aulani for a christmas visit. To complete my reservation I will need to use banked points, and may need to borrow from the following year. Am I able to still do the on line reservation? Will it allow me to do this?

If you need to borrow some point you can do it while making the reservation.

The system selects the points in this order:

Borrowed, banked, transferred, and then annual allotment of points.

FYI - From the MS website -

If you need to bank Vacation Points in order to book a specific Resort, this needs to be done before you can book online.

You can use banked points and also borrow points when reserving on line. However, if are going to use banked points you need to bank them on line before doing the reservation.

Thanks everyone. Just banked my 2011 points (Oct use year), and will be booking in May for Dec 2012. Now I just have to cross my fingers and hope for availibility. This is more anxiety provoking than DW-there is no other option!

Sorry to crash the topic...I have another on-line question. Are you able to do the 24 one-time purchase points on-line?
