Question about October

I noticed in the free dining speculation that the first two weeks of October are not included, is that normal? I am debating sept or October 2014 and would go to September if that is usual discount pattern for October. Thanks

It depends. First week in October this year, the Epcot resorts host a huge tech convention (Gartner Symposium) and combined this with food and wine, hence high occupancy.

Second week has Columbus Day and many schools are off.

First week in November then gets you NJ week (schools are off for two days and it seems that half the state goes down to WDW.
