Question About New Italy Restaurant

Hi!
Does anyone know when I can begin to make ressies for the new Italian restaurant Tuto Italia at EPCOT? Right now you can't make any but the dining number for WDW doesn't have a clue yet when we can. I'm going Oct 20-27 2007 and want to make ressie for some night during that time.

We are going from 10-20 through 10-28 and I was told the same thing. Similar to the situation at Teppam Edo, there is no information yet about when this new restaurant will open, and I was told to keep checking back weekly to attempt to get an ADR.
