Sorry for posting this again and for the long post. I posted a reply and also asked some questions in that reply, but I should have posted a new thread with my question instead. I'm hoping that some of you very knowledgeable Disney people can help me. Back in August though AAA I reserved 2 rooms at the CBR for April 4 - 10 2004. I called the travel agent that I booked the rooms with, to check if she could get the discount on our rooms with the new code and she said that she checked yesterday and today but the CBR is all booked using the code. My question is, couldn't she have applied the code to the reservation I already have? She said the only moderate resorts available using the code is Coranado Springs and Port Orleans Riverside. Why would she have to make another reservation to use the code? I'm confused about how to use these codes work in order to get the discount. A friend of mine said the travel agent (who I've never used before) is lying and could apply the code to the reservation I aready have. My friend said the travel agent only wants to make her commission so she probably is not really trying to use the code and for me to call Disney myself and apply tre code. I honestly don't believe my friend but who know's? Anything is possible these days. I've never used a travel agent before. We've been to Disney 6 times and always book our trips ourselves. We've only been with AAA 1 year and thought using AAA might get us a good discount. The travel agent got us a rate of $160 per room per night, $1922 for both rooms. Getting the discount would save us money. Thanks in advance for the help. Again sorry for the long post. Connie
