Question about MYW Dining

We are leaving in 10 days for 7 nights at POR, we purchased tickets with dining and I have a couple of questions. First we are staying 8 days 7 nights, and purchased Park Hoppers for 6 days. Does that mean we only have 6 days of dining or is good for the lenghth of stay? Also, because we are staying at POR I know it may not be money wise but can we eat at food court counter service and count it as a sit down? Like a down sell? I don't know if I am making any sense, but we are taking our dd 11 and ds 7 and I am worried if they get tired and we just head back to resort if we can just grab a counter service. I hope that makes sense. After reading it I am confused myself!! Help!

Your meal options are the same as the number of nights you are staying. You will have 7 sit-downs, 7 counter, and 7 sanck, per person.

You won't be able to count sit-down restaurants as counter-service, and it doesn't make much sense in terms of the dollars used.
