Question about my Touring Plan

So I purchased the touring plans on Touringplans.com and it has us riding the Buzz Lightyear ride in the Magic Kingdom at 7:30 at night with no fastpass. It indicates there should be a 37 min wait. Just wondering why this would be? Isn't this ride insanely popular? This rest of the plan looked okay to me. I got it because I did not want us to waste a lot if time wandering around overwhelmed.

Sounds about right to me. The peak times for ride lines tend to be in the afternoon between 1 and 5. We have used touring plans on each of our past trips and they haven't steered us wrong yet! Be aware that with the touring plans, you will be zipping back and forth around the parks. So long as a little extra walking doesn't scare you, the time saved by avoiding those long lines is invaluable! Have a great time and it will pay off if you stick to your touring plan.

I'd say that in general, the info they are giving you is right on.
