Question about My Points

I have been saving My Points for awhile now. I just got a computer (no more web tv) and I don't know if I can transfer the points over to the new email address or not. I didn't want to cash them in yet. I am saving them to get one of the plastic certificates cards....has anyone ever done this before?

Somebody on the Disney Rewards board would probably KNOW the answer, but my guess is that you just need to update your member information. Hope this helps.

Yes, you can change your points over to a new email address. Go to "upate member profile" and update your info!!! Hope this helps!
