Question about Mummy ride??

It does not go upside down, but it does (highlight if you want to know what it does) go backward a little bit and does have quick unexpected stops. It's like having Big Thunder Mountain Railroad on steroids.

Very cool trick! :thumbsup2

Just got back. My DD16 and I rode it a total of 10 times. Our fave ride and I am a total rollercoaster wimp....she, on the other hand, will ride anything!

All and all the Mummy is a fairly tame ride compared to the current state of affairs with roller coasters (me prefering the taller the better, anything under 200ft to me is a whimpy coaster.) But it is a GREAT ride, the coaster aspect of it is very limited. It does get very fast at the end for the climax and is very cool, but overall its a hybrid. Part themed ride and part coaster. Although technically not a coaster but a shooter. Highly recommend, best ride by far at the old park in my opionion a must do. And it does not go upside down or do anything really crazy, just a little fast at the end. You can handle it.
