Question about multiple DME reservations

Here's the deal: all 4 of us-myself, DH and 2 DS's are set with DME for arrival on 11/19. However, DH and older DS may not end up coming down until 11/22 depending on DS's basketball, which we won't know until 11/16 or 17. They have 2 flights booked. The question is, will the system allow me to book another ME reservation for them on the 22nd without cancelling the one on the 19th? And if not and I have to wait until a couple days prior, if I cancel their 19th reservation on say, the 17th, is that enough time to book them for the 22nd? Luggage tags won't be an issue. Thanks!

Agree - keep one reservation so you have your paperwork and luggage tags (they will still be valid 2 days later due to the barcode!)
On the inbound DME is fluid to allow for flight cancelations and delays so as long as you have a reservation you (and your luggage) will be transported. If they do end up taking a later flight you can call to change at that point or you can just let them know when you arrive that the rest of the party is delayed.

No need to change anything! I've arrived in WDW several days prior to my dh/dd. We all had the same DME reservation. They had no issues getting their bags delivered or getting on the bus. The only time you have to let DME know of changes is for your departure from your resort.

Once my husband drove down with us and had to fly home for work - we were able to book the DME while we were at the resort for the next day - there will be no problem at all.
