Question about MNSSHP

Does MK close to everybody except ticketholders during MNSSHP?

Yep, and if I remember right, they give out wristbands to those with tickets.

Yep..they start "herding" people out of the park around 6pm. Those that are already in the MK and have their MNSSHP tickets show them to one of the CMs and get an armband that allows you to stay in the park. (kind of the way they did E-ride nights back in the day) We did the LTT dinner before the party and our waiter gave us our armbands.

yes and they are very organized about getting them out...if you ares staying for the party you get a wristband and are sent over to tomorrowland and stay there until 7 pm when the rest of the park joins in rides stat open in tomorrwland but stop at 6pm in the rest of the park until the party starts

Can someone please tell me what MNSSHP stands for? I have seen many posts with it but I have no clue what it is? I am becoming additicted to WDW and these boards and I want to learn all I can. TIA!

MNSSHP - Mickey's Not So Scarry Halloween Party
A special ticket event at the Magic Kingdom park, dates this year start end of September and run through Halloween weekend (maybe even the 1st of Nov, I can't remember off - hand) to find out more info go to www.allearsnet.com on right hand side find the link, it tells you all about the party. There's trick or treating, parades, fireworks, most rides are open..

I'm going on my first WDW vacation this year & specifically chose Oct. because of all the great stuff I heard/read abut MNSSHP!!!
