Question about Memory Maker

Hello! I am leaving for Disney World on May 15th for Pop Century for one night then Yacht Club for 8 nights. I just purchased the Memory Maker primarily for the Yacht Club portion since we won't be arriving at Pop Century till around 9pm. I'm still waiting on the card for the Memory Maker in the mail but on My Disney Experience there is a confirmation for it. My question is how do I make sure that the MM is used for the Yacht Club portion of my trip and is linked to that set of Magic Bands?

Great question I'm in the same situation for a trip in September and one in December ! Hopefully someone will be able to inform you / us

Memory Maker is attached to your MDE profile, not to your Magic Bands, or even to the Yacht Club portion of your trip. You can use either set of Magic Bands for either part of your trip.

Yep, just tap your MB and when you access your MDE account all photos from all MB should show up. We didn't have a split stay but I used my band at times, DH used his and all of our photos showed up in MDE. My only advice is to make sure whoevers MDE account is the one on ressie/MM because we had issues with downloading our photos bc it's my MDE account by DH was the name on our ressie's. It was an easy fix with a call to CS.

I don't remember what number we called, whichever number was listed on the memory maker page of the website. Also, they transferred it to my name instead of my husbands which allowed us to be able to download the photos. You can also create what they call a "ghost" account on MDE for whomever is listed on the MM. Then add the other person to friends & family which allows you to share the photos. That's what the CM suggested if the transfer wouldn't have worked. Good luck, hope you get it all figured out.
