Question about Memorial Day

I have a friend that is looking to go down this Memorial Day weekend. I was checking on some things for her and noticed that the only rooms available on Disney's site are either suites at Coronado Springs, Wilderness Lodge or the All Star Sports. Does this mean that all the other resorts are sold out? She isn't going to go if it is going to be that crowded but I didn't know how things are this close to the time you would be going on Disney's website. Thanks!
