Question about ME vouchers

After getting our ME vouchers today I realized that my DD8 did not have a voucher or tag in my package. She will actually be on my moms ME stuff since she is staying in her room. The problem is that my parents are arriving the day before we arrive.

Can I just remove my DD voucher from my moms since she is flying this us the following day or should I call and let Disney know that she is not flying with them but with us? I just don't want to show up and not have a voucher for her.

You really should call to let them know your DD will be arriving with you. The vouchers do have the flight information on them, which would be your mom's. As for the luggage tags, your best bet would be:

1. Call ME and request extra luggage tags under your reservation, if you have time. OR-

2. Don't put any luggage tag on and give ME your daughter's claim ticket instead. They'll take your info and make sure the luggage gets to you. OR -

3. Go to baggage claim and pick up her luggage before heading to ME


I would try #1 first - I'd rather all my luggage have the proper ME tags, just to be safe.
