Question about making a reservation if I am already at WDW

On the day when I can make reservations for my DSIL at 7 months, I will be at WDW.
Is there an office or desk I can go to so I can talk to someone, or do I need to call the 800 number?

I never thought of seeking out someone in person. I would be interested in knowing the answer though I doubt I would ever use it. I am an online kind of guy, dvcmember site works pretty well from cellphone browser. I suspect that calling the 800 number is your best bet (though online can take a lot less time and opens a full hour before member services opens).

My problem is that it's gong to be complicated because it isn't for me, and I'm old so I need help. :-D

No. There are no MS CMs stationed at the resort. You will either have to go online at 8 am or give a call

I believe DVC offices are over in Celebration, FL. But I’ve never heard of any walk-up service.

Not for this particular scenario, since they don't open that early, but can the CM at the DVC Member Lounge at EPCOT assist in reservation modifications, etc.?

I do not believe so, but there are iPads there that you can log into your account and do things yourself, I did that in January!

I'm pretty certain that the Castmembers at the member lounge can help with reservations, though I haven't needed to ask in a couple of years.

I looked up the information and description and it does say both RCI and Member Services advisors, so maybe they can help!
