question about Magical Express drop off

HI Everyone! I have a last miniute trip booked to WDW on June 18th. I haven't been in 2.5 years. I can't believe it. Anyways, Magical Express is new and I have a few questions. Do you have to go directly to the hotel you are staying at. We are staying at POP. Could you get a ride to let's say Polynesian or Contemporary and transport over to Magic Kingdom? We arrive at 10:30 AM and our room may not be ready nor may our luggage have arrived. I would love to go directly to the parks. Do they allow this or not.

Also, if you have carry-ons will magical express take care of that luggage also or only the luggage that was checked in with the airline.

You must go to the hotel you are staying at.

You must manage carry=on baggage yourself, larger items go under the bus passenger cabin, and you would leave it with a bellhop if your room is not ready.

If you did not get yellow tags for your checked baggage in time for your trip, Magical Express can still get those items and deliver them to your room.
