Question about magic your way package

I have a question about a comment on the disney website when making a reservation online. See the quote below:

"Buy in advance and save! Select a ticket to upgrade your room to a Magic Your Way package, which includes Disney's PhotoPass Certificate and souvenir luggage tags."

What do they mean by the Disney PhotoPass Certificate? Is this for a "free photopass" or does this mean some discount to be used toward purchases on the PhotoPass website?

I think maybe its a free 5x7 Photopass print.

You will recieve a voucher for a free 5x7 photopass picture to be picked up at a certain store (1 store in each park) as well as some other additional vouchers by upgrading your resort to a package by adding tickets:

One Planet Hollywood $15 certificate per room that can be used towards the purchase of food and non-alcoholic drinks at the Downtown Disney West Side location. VIP seating is offered from 11am thru 6pm

One certificate per room for a round of miniature golf at either Disney's Winter Summerland or Fantasia mini-golf courses

One Sea Raycer certificate per room entitling the guest to 90 minutes of watercraft rental when purchasing 60 minutes. This offer is valid for up to 5 guests at the following resort marinas: Caribbean Beach, Port Orleans Riverside, Coronado Springs, Yacht & Beach Club, Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge, Ft. Wilderness, Old Key West, Contemporary and Downtown Disney

Photopass certificate entitling the guests to one (1) complimentary 5x7 photo per room. This must be redeemed while at Walt Disney World.

Does every package get this? We booked free dining for Sept, and I was just looking at my confirmation info, and no mention of the Photopass or luggage tags. I see the mini golf, PH, and Sea Raycer vouchers, but no PP or luggage tags.

I've also booked for the free dining, and my confirmation says that we will get free luggage tags. I only saw the photopass offer when I booked additional room dates (not free dining) on the Disney website.

I'm on free dinning as well...

When I booked, the official package title was "Disney's Magic Your Way Package with Free Dinning." This is still a Magic Your Way package and includes all "vouchers" as quoted above.

When your recieve your welcome packet (around 3 weeks before arrival) all of these vouchers shoud be found in the packet. I have a hard time trusting the Disney website these days... but as I said, you should recieve all vouchers.
