Question about LL and our group splitting up

Hello everyone. We have a trip coming up with 8 of us. I will be the primary person booking the LL for us 7 days before our trip (all staying at Yacht). If my husband and I head back to the hotel for a bit can another person continue booking for the rest of the group that stays in the park? We are all linked through friends and family. Will they have access to the LL account also I guess is what I am asking? Thanks!

Yes any adult that is a member of your Family & Friends is able to manage the LLs for the group. There is not a single LL account, any member of your travel may make the initial purchases beginning at the 7 day mark before your arrive day at the resort.

Please note, to make the LL reservations, that person will either need their own MDE account or, be signed into your account.

Yes everyone has a MDE account as I had them load our resort reservations and tickets on there and I wanted them to be able to see the plans I’ve made so far and to mobile order. So, if I leave I can just say “Ok Katie you’re now in charge of the LL!” Correct?

Yes it is that easy once you have shared your plans with your Family and Friends list, and you can check that you have everything linked now, there is no need to wait until you get to WDW.
