Question about linking tickets

I have a question....if I bought tickets through Undercover Tourist and linked them and reserved fast passes but somehow we were not able to go I know I don't believe I get a refund but can I still use the tickets for a later date?

Or

If I added them to my room only reservation and reserved FP plus and had to change reservations or cancel how does that work?

We haven't been since the paper version of fast pass.

Yes.

Tickets remain valid in MDE whether or not you've booked and canceled FPs.

No. If you want to purchase tickets directly from Disney, you can purchase by using your MDE account.

If you are buying a ticket for 4 or more days, Undercover Tourist or other third-party ticket sellers have better pricing. Then, you would link the tickets numbers to your MDE account.

Sorry to hijack but when I buy from undercover tourist do they send the bands or do we have to get them at the resort/park? and if we wanted to get the special bands (instead of the basic color bands) how do we get our tickets on them?? Thanks

You will link your tickets to your MDE account.

The tickets function in the same manner as MagicBands...no one really needs MBs.

If staying onsite, generic MBs will be sent to you. If you want MBs with graphics, you can purchase at the airport, Resorts, or park shops. You'll need to link them to your MDE account and they will be the link to all your data in MDE. MBs do not "hold" your tickets - they provide the link to them.
