Question about Lanyard Pick-up...

What if we already have plans for that time frame (7-9 pm)
Can you just leave our stuff at the Swan Front Desk (in an envelope)?
Can we have someone else pick it up for us?

We chose that time because it was in lieu of the welcome reception, but that would be great if Jay doesn't mind, you could pick up your lanyard at Jellyrolls that night.
