Question about King Bed option at CBR?

We are going to stay at CBR for a few nights before moving over to BCV. Me, DH & DS are booking a preferred location room. My sister & her DH are coming also, and want a King Bed room because they cant sleep in a double together - so they booked King Bed room under FD. My question is: Is King Bed-Preferred location a booking option also (it wasnt available if it is) or in booking the King Bed could you be lucky and get a room in the preferred location (or close)? Should they just request to be "close to main building" and hope they are not miles away?

At CBR King bed rooms and Preferred rooms are two separate booking categories. You would have to book one and request the other (with no guarantee of getting the request). Book the category that is more important(my guess: the King bed), then put in a request for the preferred location.

Thank you! Thats exactly what I wanted to know, thanks i will tell her to put in a request to be in Martinique or Trinidad North.

I believe you can "link" your reservations or put a "traveling with" thing on them and you will be more likely to get rooms close together. Maybe someone with more knowledge than me will come along. Or you could just call and ask
