Question about kids security

Hello everybody, I would like to ask you a few questions about kids security onboard.

I have 2 kids of 4 and 8 years old.

What's your feeling about security? I read that kids can't go out from the Oceaneer club if you don't sign for.

Do childs have a special badge or ID? I read something about GPS tracking bands.

We are not the kind of father we usually left kids at care centers at resorts, but I read good reviews about disney kids facilities onboard.
