Question about kids hat sizing

My son is 3. I wanted to get him a Mickey baseball cap with ears before our trip to Disney. The ones on the Disney store and Disney parks app say they are kid sizing, but there is no additional information on what they mean by that size. Has anyone ever bought a hat like this one below, and if so, do you think it would fit a 3 year old?
