When is the Kids Fly Free promo to Disneyland by Alaska Air ususally announced? We are going in Feb. and waiting for kids fly free to book our trip and I am getting anxious. Thank you!!

Well, I remember seeing the "deal" in Feb when I was planning our Sept trip. But to be honest, the "deal" didn't see that dealy to me! Seemed really high on the adult fare side, far more than just buying cheapie SW seats for all.

I think it is near February as well- But the adult rates are usually much, much higher and you can sometimes get cheaper rates elsewhere. It is definitely a good idea to check around before buying from them.

A few weeks ago we booked our January trip through Alaska Airlines vacations. I knew exactly what I wanted (dates/flights/hotel) and I had been watching the package numbers for quite some time on various websites. I ended up booking through Alaska when their online vacation booking system was down and they offered an additional 10% off if you booked through their 800-number. I asked if they'd be having the "kids fly free" promotion anytime soon, and she said they are working with Disney and they may announce something in December. :confused3

If you book a package with them now, and then KFF comes out and it would be cheaper they will usually adjust for you, they did this for me a few years ago and only charged me only 50 for the whole change.

Perfect thank you!! I found a great deal and went ahead and booked it. I am so excited! Is it nice to know I can change it and save money if I need to. :cheer2:

Let the planning begin!!!!! :woohoo:

Yes, that's right, I remember she mentioned something like that. A one-time price adjustment for a small fee.

My2mickeykids - did you book a package through Alaska or somewhere else?

I booked it through Alaska. It was the best price I could find and I think we got a pretty good deal.

I found that Alaska had the best package prices overall as well. So February, eh? We're going at the end of January. It's our anniversary weekend, but we're bringing our oldest child along as our excuse to go. :rotfl:
