Question about kids and excursions

we have some friends coming with us on our upcoming cruise. We already have an excursion booked for my family in grand Cayman. My friends want to go diving and send their kids with us to our excursion.

Is this possible and if yes, how do we book it? Can they book just the kids or would I need to add them to my reservation.

Is their reservation linked with yours? I believe that the parents must sign a paper allowing the kids to exit the ship with you. Probably some sort of waiver for the excursion as well.

It's not, I don't think. I knew about the waiver. It gets a bit muddy as we are traveling concierge and they are not thus why I'm not sure if we are linked. They are more than willing to book everything for their kids if possible. And therein lies the question

Sounds like a question you should pose to your Shoreside Concierge host. If they can't answer, they can find out who can.
