Question about Jack Day

Hi There

I got my "Jack Pack" in the mail, but was wondering if anyone knows what his fee is for an "intimate" ceremony?

I have to fill some stuff out and mail it back, but the areas with his fee are blank...I don't mind what the fee is, but I'd like to know for budgeting purposes..

According to the information that he sent me it was $300 for a custom wedding and $200 for an intimate wedding. Hope that helps!
