question about internet access

I'm taking my laptop with me to Disney and was wondering if anywhere on Disney has free internet access. I believe that it is $10 to get it at a resort hotel. I'm staying at SSR. I am planning going offsite a few times during my stay so I can go somewhere that has free wi-fi but was wondering if anywhere on Disney has free wi-fi or if anyone knows is SSR has some sort of business center where you can get on the internet without having to pay $10 a day.

At any WDW resort the internet access costs $9.95 per day. However, I don't think it is worth it because the speed is VERY slow.

hmmm, it says high speed at AKL but if its really slow I won't bother bringing my laptop...

Dial-up is seventy-five cents per call - and so far, there's no time limit.

The high speed service is around 1 Megabit/s. I found this plenty fast enough for my needs, but then I wasn't transferring large files or anything crazy like that.

Internet access is $9.95 per 24 hours....that is different than per day.

Be careful that you can't use it at two different resorts within the 24 hours. We switched resorts during our recent stay and lost about 12 hours of internet use because it is only good at the resort where originally purchased.

I am not sure what this means... I can log on and off numerous time throught my stay and get charged in incriments of 9.95 per 24 hrs?

Last year I used the phone jack and dialed up to my ATTworldnet account, it was .75 per call and was fine for the email checking and web surfing that I did. I have cable internet as home but use this other account for traveling and pay the hrly rate.
