We will have our own car and will be coming from the WL to the Fort. Then we want to do a sleigh ride and then make it the campfire sing-a-long. So can someone explain to me about where we will park and the internal bus system? Will be catching 2 different buses?

If we have a ADR at WCC at WL at 5:00pm, would it be feasible to do a 6:30 or 7pm sleigh ride (which lasts 30min) and then get to the campfire lighting by 7:30 or so. It says the sing-a-long starts at 8:00. Would that work?

Honestly, I would take the boat or bus over to Ft. Wilderness from WL, instead of driving over. Both the bus and the boat gets you to the "correct" end of Ft. Wilderness for the wagon rides. Then I would take the Orange Outpost bus and get off at the Meadows/Loop 900 stop for the campfire/singalong/movie. Then when the movie is over, take the Orange Settlement bus back to the Settlement bus stop, then take the bus and/or boat back to Wilderness Lodge.

If you were to drive over, you would have to take an additional bus from the Outpost to the Settlement area where the wagon/carriage rides are.

I totally agree. Bringing your car is less convenient. In addition, I think arriving by boat gets you into the right frame of mind to enjoy the Fort. Compare it to riding Tower of Terror versus a generic vertical drop ride at an amusement park... it's the pre-show queue that gets you ready for the experience that makes Disney so great, so much better that walking up to a bare steel structure!
