Question about House Party and the process

Hi Everyone. I have question (sorry if it's been asked repeatedly)--If you get a House Party, do you tend to get accepted more often? Is that first one, the one that's hard? Oops...that's two questions. Ok, so I have a third one...is there a catch or trick to getting the parties?

I get them sometimes (like 4 or 5 a year.) I answer honestly... usually the party host. Usually about 15 people. Usually spend $100 or up on parties.

I don't think whether you've hosted or not previously helps you get new ones. I apply for a lot, knowing that I won't get most.

If there is a catch or trick, then I haven't figured it out !

Thanks for the info. I have just started applying within the last month.

It's funny because out of the first 3 decisions, I got one. But it's the one I would have thought to be the least likely. Well, I don't have a definite decision on the third one but it's looking like I didn't get it. I am excited about the one I am doing but the other two involved things regarding children and each one was a perfect age fit with one of my children. I would have loved!! to have gotten the Fisher Price Infant/Toddler Toy one--it's the one I don't have a definite answer yet.

Of course, there is a few more in the pipeline that I am waiting for the decisions. Good luck to you all!

No real rhyme or reason, but I find I get like 5 rejections to every one that I do get.

I find no rhyme or reason either. And FYI--I NEVER upload pictures of my parties, and my guests RARELY (if ever) fill out the surveys. I just don't feel comfortable posting pictures of my guests at our parties and my friends thinks surveys are a waste of time.
I still get picked though!?!? Maybe 3 or 4 a year.
