Try to force an update (i.e. check for an update) and or turn your phone off and reboot it to try to fully reload the app. If you are still having issues then I'd report the issue to Disney (you could leave a 1 star review, etc.) so they are aware of it... It could be that for some android devices it is working fine but yours it's not; and this could be for a variety of reasons. They need to be alerted to the bug to fix it though.
