I'm going to FW for the first time in June, a long weekend with my 14-year-old DD, for my birthday. :) Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to ride with her, so I wanted to know if she's allowed to go on the ride without me. I've seen the price and age (and weight :( ) requirements, and that parents have to sign a waiver, but nothing to let me know if a parent has to ride with the minor. Does anyone know?

Good question. Here is the # to call for the answer. If you don't mind let us know.

She can ride without you- they just want the person who dropped her off and signed the waiver to be there when she returns. My daughter rode by herself on her 9th birthday.

My daughter has gone on the ride herself a few times! The ranch hands are great! If you have any concerns let them know ahead of time. On one ride she was at the back and loved it because the ranch hand talked to her the whole ride and it wasn't like she was alone at all :thumbsup2!!
