Question about Hoop de Doo

Hi everyone!!


I'm looking to book the 8:30pm Hoop de Doo Show when we head in February as we are on the dining plan and we can then get category 1 seats.


However I was just wondering what time does the show end at and what are the options for transportation back to our hotel (Old Key West)?


I was there once when I was younger and I think I remember getting a Disney bus straight from Fort Wilderness to our hotel, do they still do this?

when we were there in April, seems like show ended around ten. All buses now run to the MK and you have to transfer there, big hassle, the MK closed at eleven that night... Think we stood in the waiting area through six or seven buses before we got on, and four of them were the double buses... Don't know if it was just a bad night or because of the later show, but wife and I both thought food wasn't as good, both chicken and ribs tasted like they had been leftover from early shows.... Still loved the show....

The show is about 2 hours, so it will end around 10:30.
If MK is still open you will now be bussed there to transfer to your resort bus. If MK is closed there will be buses, each of which takes several resorts. It can take awhile.

It ends around 10:30. You can bus or boat to MK and then transfer. We'd usually boat back to the Contemporary and then Uber back to wherever we had come from that day.

You can always call Uber/taxi, we do that to get out of these kinds of binds!

We always go to the late show (being west coasters it's not that late to us .)The three times we've gone to the late show in the last 5 years we've always just hopped on the bus they told us to get on after the show for the ride back to our resort.
The early show I believe you are on your own & transit via MK, but there's always been buses after the late show, IME. But we are there in the winter usually, so maybe MK was closed for a Christmas party, although the MK busses still run when MVMCPs are going on.
The ride can take awhile depending on how many resorts they lump together and where they go first, sort of like DME in that regard.
