Question about having T-shirts printed

I am part of a large group that will be traveling to Disney from all over the States and maybe even Canada. I thought it would be cool to design a T-shirt that people could order to wear so that we could say "hey" to each other and introduce ourselves. We will never gather as a large group, so handing out T-shirts would not be possible. I don't want to be responsible for *personally* shipping T-shirts to everyone (it could run into a couple hundred). I'd love to be able to have a Disney design included, but would that even be possible? I checked out creating a shop on CafePress, but it's a total no-go because you can't have any trademarked designs/images/etc. Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas?

Zazzle apparently has arrangements with Disney and sells lots of styles. Maybe you should look there....most any place that would print for you would be doing in violation of Disney copyrights.....
