Question about Hamilton airport

I've finally taken the plunge and made our air flight reservations (rather than driving) - step-daughter is travelling alone that leg of the journey (don't worry - she's 35!) and wondering about her return flight and how she clears customs returning from Orlando.

Can someone tell me the process so I can let her know - do you get a form onboard the flight to fill out and give it to the Customs guys at the Hamilton airport? Any information would be appreciated - she is a nervous traveller (hasn't done much of it) and I want to make this trip as stress free as possible for her (so I'll have a companion for future travel hopefully!!!) :cloud9:

Only 7 weeks and 3 sleeps left to go!

It's been a while since I had to clear customs at an airport( always fly out of Buffalo soooo much cheaper) but from what I remember the flight attendants will give you a customs declaration form in flight. It asks the usual info name address how much you spent, what did you buy, do have anything illegal( ie alligator products, native fruit or veg). Then you hand the form to our Canada Border Agents( didn't they use to be customs officers?) and depending on how much you spent and how bored they are they will either let you know if you owe the government money (GST) or continue on to claim your baggage. All in all a painless process and nothing to worry about, just be honest on the form.
This may all have changes since I last flew international but hope it helps. She could always call the airline and ask about the return flight customs policy:banana:.
Hope you enjoy the World!
