Question about Gulliver's Grill

Is this a buffet or not? The menu on allears has a menu of the buffet and a seperate menu. We don't want to go if it's a buffet. Do you have your choice between buffet or a normal meal? Please help. Thanks!

There is a buffet daily here (different themes on different nights) in addition to their regular menu. You have a choice to choose the buffet or you can order from their regular menu. This goes for both breakfast and dinner.
