Question about Gratuity w/ new dining plan at Character Meals

Does anyone know if you will still have to pay for gratuity at the character meals if you are on the dining plan in 2008? I know that at Disneyland, it was included in your ticket if you had purchased ahead of time, but if you were paying out of pocket they would add it on, since you had to pay before you ate. Now with the new dining plan coming up, do you think that we will have to add gratuity there as well? I've never been to WDW and our first trip is next June, so I'm trying to figure out my budget for tips. Do they make you prepay for your character meal when you arrive or do they give you a bill at the end of the meal?

You'll pay for your character meal after you are finished eating. In most cases, you will need to add your own gratuity for the character meal - there may be an exception or two where tip is included (perhaps CRT).
