Question about gratuities

First trip to Aulani coming up this week. Just wondering what an appropriate gratuity would be for the Hele shuttle driver from the HNL airport to Aulani. There will be two of us.

15 to 20 percent of the cost of the transfer is normal, maybe rounded down if it's an expensive black car service.

Please let us know how the shuttle works out

The first shuttle worked out fine. We made reservations several months ago and received a phone call from Hele 2 days prior to our flight to confirm our flight number and arrival time. (The invioce came by email the next day.) The caller instructed us to wait at the baggage claim and call them once we had our luggage. We arrived and once we got our luggage called the number. We were instructed to wait outside and the driver would call our name when he got there. It took about 15 minutes. He picked up my wife and I. There were 4 on the shuttle besides us and we proceeded to Aulani. I'm assuming the second half will work the same way since we have it reserved as well.
