Question about Good Neighbor Hotel Package and Tickets Offer

Hi!

We have a Good Neighbor Hotel Package, already paid in full as our dates are just two weeks away (mid Feb). Now I'm seeing a very good Tickets Offer that wasn't available when I made the reservation (october).

Can I call and ask them to apply the ticket promotion to my package (and refund the difference)? Would they charge a reservation fee for that? I don't want to change dates or anything else, just take the better tickets offer.

Can this be done?

I would call and ask. I believe there is a fee for changes 30 days before the trip. If I remember correctly it was $50 fee. It never hurts to ask. and if they say no i would call again just one more time lol.

I called. A very nice CM helped me right away. They refunded me $300 after deducting the $50 change fee. It was more than worth the 20 minutes wait on hold!
