Question about gluten free dining at TGI Fridays

My family and I will be travelling to Disney World in November and plan to spend a few days in the Seaword area as well. We want to stay at the Springhill Suites and we know that very close to this hotel is a TGI Fridays. I have celiac disease and am not sure how well that would be handled at that restaurant and what kind of options I will have. I am also concerned as friends told me it is more of a bar atmosphere and I have a 10-year-old daughter. I am looking for a family style restaurant very near Springhill Suites where I can eat gluten free as we will not have a car for transportation.

Hope someone can give me some advice.

Thanks :)

I am sorry that I do not have experience with the GF diet but the restaurant is family friendly. They do have a bar but it's just like Chili's or Applebee's. Everyone I have been too has been super great with service so I would tend to think they would bend over backwards to fix you at least something simple such as grilled chicken and a veggie maybe?

TGI Friday's now has a gluten-free menu! Not a lot of choices (a few salads and a couple of entrees), but you should be able to get a good meal. Back in pc days (pre-celiac that is), we used to go to the Portland Friday's occasionally. It was rather noisy, but good food and the kids always had a good time.
