Question about Giant Eagle gift cards

Does anyone know if you can use Giant Eagle gift cards (cards to spend at Giant Eagle) to buy other gift cards (like Disney GCs)?

Our kids go to private school and there is a program call TRIP that lets you buy gift cards to retailers and then a percentage of the card value goes to reduce your tuition.

Each retailer offers different rebates, GE's is 4%. For example, I can buy a $100 gc and $4 goes into my kids' account.

Has anyone tried to buy Disney cards with a Giant Eagle card?
