Question about getting luggage to room at OKW?

This is the first time that we are going to be staying at OKW and I'm curious how we will get our luggage to the room. We are taking a limo through Dis. from the airport. Will they wait until we are checked in, or are there any type of bell services?
Secondly, does anyone know if Dis transportation, (limo) will stop at the grocery store on the way to the hotel? Thanks

OKW has bell services, and they will be happy to transport you and your belongings to the room after your arrival.

Grocery stops vary by carrier. Check with the one that you have booked to find out if this service is offered or not. FL Tours, which sponsors this web site, does offer a complimentary grocery stop.

OKW has a "cold" room where your groceries can be held if your room is not ready. Tiffany Town Car and Happy Limo both offered grocery stops but you must arrange the stop at booking.

You will love OKW. The bell service staff is very accomodating. They will be happy to help you with your luggage.

As noted, the Bell staff will be happy to assist with luggage- either storing it until your room is ready or transporting you and your luggage to your room. They have motorized luggage carts (like large golf carts) and vans to assist.

Depending on their schedule, sometimes the towncar drivers are willing to wait while you check in and then take you directly to your room- assiting with luggage. We always tip a little extra for this. This saves having to move the bags twice.

Your questions are already answered - but I had another insight for you. When we used Tiffany Towncar - the driver offered to pick us up outside of our room. He gave us his phone # when he dropped us off and we called and left a message for him when we got our room number. He was right there in front of the building two hours prior to flight time (this was pre-9/11 so I assume it's 3hrs prior now!).
