Question about getting DAS card at Epcot

Will I have to wait for RD/the park to open before we can get our DAS card? Or can we get there early, get it taken care of, and then wait for RD? We'll be getting our card at Epcot.

There is an outside-the-park Guest Relations at Epcot (and each park). If they are not busy with ticketing issues, the outside location may be able to issue a DAS. If busy handling ticket needs, they will direct you to use the inside-the-park Guest Relations since you have that option.
