Question about Getaway today

I was just about to change my reservation from HOJO to Camelot on GAT...including the tickets.
It gives me the option to pay $25 for a "rush order" What will they be sending me? Tickets? If so, I'd be too nervous to do it today as we leave Monday and the rush order takes 1-5 business days.

I think you should call and talk to a person. I have heard great things about their customer service. I bet, depending on where you live, they could get the paperwork sent to you overnight.

I booked my package through GAT, and when I received my stuff in the mail, the info said to just pick up our tickets at a ticket booth. I don't see it being too much of a hassle to switch your hotel ressie.

I just received my GAT package and it included my receipt for my trip, a "voucher" type thing to bring to my hotel, lanyards and pins and a slip of paper that said that my information had been sent to the Disney ticket office and I was to take my ID to the ticket booth and pick up my tickets. So no tickets were in the package. I'm bringing my receipt too in case we run into any problems.

I did end up just calling. They ended up sending the package to the hotel that way it will be waiting there for me. The only bummer is that the kids all got a backpack and it would be nice to take them on the plane. No biggie though!

YAY...all decisions made...no more going back and forth on hotels!

The back-pack is not a real back-pack, it's more like a small nylon napsack. They are cute but cheap (we got them too) and not really travel worthy.

Yeah, I didn't even end up with one of those for DD. They sent a small Disney photo album instead.

OP, in small print below the package description on the website it states that something of equal value will be sent if the bags aren't available. Thought I'd point that out so you're not as disappointed if that's the case for you also.

Thanks for letting me know!! I went ahead and bought some cheap ones at Joann fabric made of t-shirt material. Tonight they will be decorated! FUN!
